Blue Line Limousine Rates

At Blue Line Limo, we believe in being up front about pricing. We are not comfortable with the typical industry practice of giving low quotes that turn into surprisingly high bills full of hidden fees, so we decided honesty was the best policy.

The following information explains the various factors that go into calculating the total rate for a trip. This information is for reference purposes only.

Alone Ride
An alone ride is when we drive a single customer to and from the airports Blue Line Limousine services.

Blue Line Limousine offers no-reservation ASAP pick-ups for Alone Rides.

Shared Ride
All Shared Rides must be scheduled at the top or bottom of the hour.

A shared ride is a low cost transportation service offered by Blue Line Limousine, which utilizes a fleet of vans, sedans, and limousines to transport people to and from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport only. The shared ride service requires that the customer allow us to make additional stops in route to or from O’Hare. The benefit to Blue Line Limousine is that we are able to plan for the number of people that are going to/from O’Hare, as well as to load the vehicle to maximize the cost and revenue per mile of the vehicle. The benefit to the customer is that the rate for the service is less than our Alone Ride service.

Shared Ride Policy

• A maximum of two passengers per address.
• Customer must get in vehicle within 10 minutes of Blue Line Limousine arrival for pickup.
• Blue Line Limousine reserves the right to arrive for your pickup at least 20 minutes prior to your pickup time.

Alone & Shared Ride Rates
The baselines for any Alone or Shared Ride Rates are determined by the customer's location and destination, and are based on pre-established rate. Travel between the hours of 5:00AM and 11:00PM will be provided our standard rate pricing (See below for Late Night Pricing).

Additional Fees that may apply are:

• Late Night Rates
• Additional Wait Times (Each 15 minute increment)
• Additional Stops (each address)
• Additional Passenger (each)
• Skis
• Pets
• Stretch Limousine
• More than 2 Golf Bags
• Baggage Claim Meet

Charter Service Rates
Charter Service rates apply to transportation services to and from special events. For more information, please visit our Events and Occasions web page.

Charter Services are available with Sedans, 6 Passenger Limousines and 10 Passenger Limousines.

All Charter Service require:

• A 2 hour minimum
• 20% gratuity
• Minimum 48 hour reservation

Additional Fees that may apply to Charters include:

• Late Night Rates
• Additional Wait Times (Each 15 minute increment)
• Additional Stops (each address)
• Pets
• Each additional 4 hour time period

Late Night Rates
Late night rates apply for travel between the hours of 11:00PM and 5:00AM. Please call for additional late night rates.

Special Holiday Rates
Blue Line Limousines policy is to only charge standard Alone Rate fares on the below designated holidays:

• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve & Day
• New Year’s Eve & Day

City to City Travel Rates
Rates vary based on pickup and drop off locations. Please call for a rate quote.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION: Must be 3 hours between drop-off and pick up or longer, otherwise Charter Rates apply.

Cancellation / No-Show Policies

• Weddings must be cancelled at least 10 business days in advance.
• Charters and events must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Airport trips between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
• Airport trips between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
• Failing to appear for your scheduled reservation will result in a charge equal to the fare for the booking.
• Full fare fees will be charged for reservations not canceled by the deadline.
