Founded in 1968, Blue Line Limo began with a single blue Cadillac limousine used for funeral services. From these humble beginnings the business took hold and the company grew over the decades, with a few changes in ownership helping it evolve along the way.

The current owners purchased Blue Line in 1995, and are proud to have become the longest continuously operating owners in the company's history. Under their guidance it has grown to the largest privately owned fleet in Lake County, which they backed by an industry-leading $1.5 million in liability insurance. They work hard to make this family-owned business the best ground transportation service available, and look forward to many more years of growth and success.

A True Family Business
After spending the first 20 years of his career in the airline industry, owner Bob Tesmer started researching businesses to purchase. Already possessing a wealth of experience in everything from baggage handling to international transportation logistics, finding a limousine transportation service with a strong base in airport services was the perfect business opportunity.

Mr. Tesmer has truly made Blue Line Limo a family owned and operated business. In addition to being personally involved with the daily operations of his company, he also brought in his parents, siblings and close family friends, all of whom previously worked in various sectors of the transportation industry.

This family dynamic made Blue Line what it is today. You won't find more dedicated service backed by such a depth of industry expertise anywhere else.
