What happens if my flight arrives late?
Upon arrival, please call dispatch at 800-548-7771 after you have claimed your luggage. We monitor all commercial airline flights so we should already be aware of your flight’s status. We also monitor all corporate aircraft, assuming we have been provided the aircraft’s tail number.
We do not always receive accurate information from the airlines when we track the status of our customers’ flights.
It is important that you do call us if you change your flight, itinerary or corporate aircraft. If you do not inform us of these changes you will be charged as a “no show.” When in doubt, please call.

What happens if I get on an earlier flight?
Please call 1-800-548-7771 to change your arrival information. We will do our best to accommodate such a change to your itinerary; we ask your patience as we make every effort to arrange last minute changes to your scheduled service. Please note, the type of service provided for the earlier flight will be at the dispatcher’s discretion and will depend on what is available at the new time.
