What are your office hours?
Customer service is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year to accept calls for reservations and assist customers in transit. Administrative offices are staffed from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?
We have sedans, 6 passenger limousines and 10 passenger limousines. For more information on our
privately owned vehicles, visit the Fleet page. Contact us at 1-800-548-7771 to make a charter
reservation or visit our convenient online reservation form to schedule your next airport transfer.

Do you provide child safety seats?
Due to the wide variety of seats required for children of all sizes, the large number of vehicles we own
and constantly evolving safety standards, it is not possible for us to provide child seats.
However, all our vehicles have fully functional restraint systems. Customers are welcome to bring their
own seatbelt compatible child safety seats.

Do you have a Lost & Found?
We cannot be held responsible for personal items lost while customers are in transit. However, we do
maintain a Lost & Found and make every effort to reunite individuals with their belongings.
Customers may contact the office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday to inquire about
the Lost & Found. Blue Line will return found items at the customer’s expense.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
That depends on the situation. In general, the guidelines are as follows: 24 hours advance notice to arrange airport transportation for 1-2 people
48 hours advance notice to arrange airport transportation for 4 or more people
At least one week advance notice for all other travel arrangements
We do our best to accommodate last minute requests whenever possible. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Do all weddings have to be chartered?
Yes, it is necessary for all weddings to be booked as charters.
We want to give your wedding the time, attention and high quality service it deserves. We also want you to have the option to select your wedding vehicle from our fleet.
In order for that to be possible, your wedding must be booked as a charter in order for us to reserve the specific vehicle and arrange the service details to your specifications.
